Uncomfortable shoes

Very disappointed with the return process. It was overly complicated, time-consuming, and customer service did little to help. Returning an item shouldn’t be this difficult. Shoe was worn 1 night an it was extremely uncomfortable, I returned them clean and in original packaging, it was returned back to me and they didn’t refund my account. Will never order from this company again and Macy’s should’ve helped but they didn’t, for this reason I will stop ordering from Macy’s as well

True to Size

These shoes are heavy. Had to return because they hurt the top of my feet.

Beautiful Comfortable Athletic Sneaker

Very well made and beautiful beige and white color combo. Very supportive with thick non slip rubber sole. However, shoe is EU size 38 and it feels a bit too roomy and a tad long for a size 7 that I am accustomed to wearing. I did buy a size 7 sneaker in this brand last year and comparatively this shoe is bigger. Would need to wear a thick sock to compensate.
