Sweater never arrived

I ordered this sweater on Nov 30 and 10 days later it has not yet shipped. I tried to cancel the order and was not able to do so.

Disappointed

In the photo the sweater looks as if it’s white, but it’s not. It’s more of an oatmeal color. Also, the sweater on the model looks to be much longer…comparing the length of the sleeves compared to length of sweater. Actual sweater has much longer sleeves and a much shorter length. So it’s a disappointing fit.

The material and design are

The material and design are very nice. The sweater is grossly oversized. I wear a 40D bust and the medium is big on me. Size down!!!!
