Never even got these boots

I never even received the boots - my package was listed as delivered however, I never received the package. I contacted Macy’s and they advised these boots were sold by a 3rd party and the 3rd party would have to issue me a refund. They advised the 3rd party would reach out to me to complete the refund but of course no one has reached out, Macy’s won’t send me another pair of boots, I have no refund and no boots even though it was confirmed they were not delivered to my residence. I did not purchase these boots on a 3rd party website I purchased them on Macy’s website - it’s ridiculous I have to try to go thru a 3rd party to get my refund.

Cool boots!

Good price! Shipping was fast and easy to track.Love the boots! I just wish 1/2 sizes were available. They fit ok but they would def fit better if they came in my true size. But all in all great purchase
