TERRIBLE SERVICE

They have had my money for over a month now. They didn't update me on status until I reached out, days after I was supposed to receive my order. They said it was sold out so I asked for a refund. They then decided to ship the shoes anyways after I asked for a refund. I sent them back and now have been waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks. This has been a terrible experience.

Horrible Service

Confused how Macy’s can never have anything delivered on time. My order was supposed to be delivered 10/8. Got a notification that it was delivered at 1 am….no delivery. Then I got an email that it would be delivered 10/9. Still nothing. My app says these have been delivered. Then I get another email that delivery is pushed to 10/13.
