Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I bought these sandals as a gift and what a disappointment! They are nothing like the description; they're awful. The sole is black and they have a heel; they're not flat. They shouldn't mislead their customers.

Uncomfortable and such a hassle to return.

Hard and uncomfortable, it hurt my feet. Difficult to return. I tried to return it at the store and they were not able to do it, I returned by mail, they received it April 25 and today May 27th I have not received my refund.

Disappointed

I ordered these sandals in the snakeskin design and love their look, however when I tried them on the left toe ring was bigger then the right and gave no support plus looks very strange. I sent an email to the company but got no answers. Since we have no Macys here l would have to pay to send back.
