It is for my Mom. When I received it, it said the packaging was made in Ireland but the website says China. So I don't know. But if it is made in Ireland, my momma would be happy because Ireland is awesome

Water with a hint of scent.

Do not waste you your money. Nothing but water, no scent what so ever. Took mine back today.
