Unfathomable customer service

I canceled this order and confirmed it had been canceled with a customer service manager via chat. It was shipped and I was charged. When I returned I was given a gift card that is invalid/ doesn’t work. I will never order from Macy’s again.

Too much of a hassle...

I ordered a larger size due to large calves, however, the lining didn't allow me to try them on. For that reason, I will be returning them today.
