Can't give accurate review until I receive product

Haven't received ordered product yet but vendor is asking for a review ahead of time instead of asking for my review after receiving ordered product. Is vendor experiencing negative reviews of same product once consumer receives product??

Disappointing merchandise!

After a lengthy wait finally received flimsy broken pieces in a plastics bag, I was so disappointed my son was eager to get his toy unfortunately didn’t happen. What a poor quality package packed by some pathetic person!!
