WRONG Shoe Size

I ordered a size 7 and they sent me size 38 which is a 7 1/2 to 8. I didn't figure it out til I kept feeling like they were feeling lose and I Googled what size was a 38. That was wrong of Macy's to send me the wrong size and not say anything. Wow! I have to keep them know it is to late to return since I wore them. The shoes are nice and I like them, but I wish they would of sent the right size.
