Great knife but stains easily

Home use only. Used every day. Slices vegies to cutting a large butternut squash in half no problem. One issue is the staining. made a salad yesterday and ate before I cleaned, about 20 minute. As you can see heavily stained. So you will need to baby this knife.

It's honestly the best knife I have ever used! Although the 10" is a bit large for mt personally it handles very well and is my wife's favorite knife.
