Sharp and light

Everything about this knife is great except the tip of my knife catches on everything, I believe there to be a burr or something which is disappointing. Everything else about this knife is great!

Best knife I have ever owned.

Best knife I have ever owned. I used to work next to another my knife, manufacturer and distributor in Portland Oregon metro area. I gave them access to our parking lot on the weekends with they held Christmas sales, etc. I got to know the people there it would go over and purchase their knives. I thought they were excellent until I started using this one. They now know the difference between a very good knife and one that’s “OK.” Willing makes great products. I need to go on their web site and purchase my next one. Did you leave today

Love it, 8” Chef Knife

Amazing difference using a sharp knife. Just received my 8 inch Chef Knife and love it. Very comfortable in my small hand. And the sharp blade makes chopping veggies so easy and fun!
