Good looking, sharp and light weight

I just received the set in the mail and I like the fact that they are light in weight. I will follow the care instructions and I’ll write a follow up about the quality after being use. We have bbq during the summer and it will use it to cut the meat in thin slices for the “tacos” and during the holidays for the turkey and prime rib. Nice presentation.

Purchased this to replace my electric knife. The carving set is perfect to use on turkey, poultry and roasts. The Zwilling special formula steel, makes for a nice durable blade, with an edge that's easy to maintain and keep sharp. Speaking of sharp, I read the angle on this knife is at 15 degrees on each side, which is actually the same angle that extremely sharp Japanese knives are set at. The one piece construction makes for a durable, reliable knife, resulting in even slicing, and professional results. I also appreciate the molded handle which is not only comfortable, but hygienic as well, because it is free of the rivets which are known to collect bacteria.

Finally happy husband
