Cuts sourdough loaves without squishing them

I bought this knife based on the reputation of quality of Zwilling. Purchased this serrated knife to cut through home baked sourdough bread. It does an excellent job of cutting through the loaf without squishing and flattening the loaf. The knife is very sharp and is much easier to cut through the loaves than my old brand.

Amazing knife A cuts through bread like butter

Wow(. I make a lot of sourdough and have been using an old bread knife. When the sold it gets really hard to slice through it I just opened this new knife and cut through a two day old loaf and it was like cutting butter! Then I tried heading small cherry tomatoes and got Perfect non-squished tomatoes. I love this knife!
