Mattress Sag

We bought this mattress in November so we haven’t had it long and it already feels like it’s sagging in the middle. Also the logo on the front of the mattress isn’t center.

A sag in your mattress could be a manufacturing defect, and that would mean you would need to activate your 10-year limited warranty. If approved, your mattress will be replaced. Sleep comfort!

I've had a lot of problems with my back and one leg from a car accident years ago. The mattress can't heal an old injury but it has certainly made living with it a lot easier. The mattress is comfortable and we sleep well.

Better sleep already

So far, so good. I have had pillow top mattresses for the last 20 years but decided not to go without this time. I am sleeping better already! I use a CPAP machine and the mattress disrupts me less while I am wearing the mask.
