Toaster NOT working!

The issue I am experiencing is that the toaster lever does not lock into place when pressed down. Regardless of how firmly I press the lever, it simply springs back up without engaging the toasting mechanism. As a result, the toaster is completely non-functional and does not perform its primary intended purpose. Thanks!

Not forest green

Its a fine toaster, but like other reviewers the color I was sent was teal/blue. Its nowhere close to forest green.

Damaged Broken Unusable

The bottom of the toaster is cracked. The circuit board for the buttons on the front is detached and prevents the slot from going down
