Inconsistent filler

I had purchased 2 firm Ella Jayne pillows previously and loved them so purchased 8 more for a mattress topper project. The ones I Received are not only inconsistent in size but also in firmness. About half are soft and half are firm. Hard to tell from the pictures. Not sure if I can use them for this project. Very disappointing.

Our pillows are individually filled to a specific firmness. Still, because they are shipped in specialized roll packaging to protect them during transit, variations in loft and firmness may occur upon opening. We suggest putting them in the dryer on low heat for 10-15 minutes to help the fibers fully expand and reach their intended consistency. Shipped from Goodwill Industries donation nonprofi

I ordered from Macy’s. Pillows came from Goodwill Industries, a nonprofit that sells donated items. When I saw the USPS notification of that fact, I called Macy’s CS (took a long time) to cancel the order. They said that was done, item would not be delivered, and that account would be credited. Non of that happened. Now I need to go to a Macy’s location to return the pillows.

Hi Simona. We're sorry for the confusion. Goodwill Industries also offers 3PL Warehouse services, which we use. They simply store and ship our items for us like any other warehouse. They are not used or donated items. We truly apologize for Macy's portion of the issue, but we wanted you to be sure that you would never receive used or donated items from Ella Jayne. Thank you! Paid for Expedited shipping, arrived regular shipp

The pillow is nice, however, I paid for the expedited shipping so that it would arrive on Feb 18. It did not arrive until Feb 23rd. Very disappointed
