Beautify Set - Poor Packaging and shipping

Arrived opened. There was a black dust-like substance all over the bag that spilled into the bag and got on the white pillow. Going to see if I can exchange it because I got a great price.

Not what it seems

The sheets are sheer and cheap. Pretty sure I got sent one that was returned because there was black stuff all over the sham. The comforter itself is very nice and soft but I am not impressed enough to keep it.

Falls apart right away

The comforter is slippery and falls off the bed all the time. Within 2 weeks, I tugged it over and a seam split. It is crazy how easily it ripped. Now I have to find something new. How disappointing

Package was opened and items were dirty

I received my package today and it was very bad. I’m returning it because it’s by far not what I was expecting. The box was opened, the plastic bag inside was broken and the pieces of the bedding set were all over the place. The light pieces were dirty looking more like a return someone opened and used it and they just deliver back to me without even cleaning it or getting a new bag. I took pictures and video of this. Very sad and disappointing

LOVE IT!!!

Beautiful and soft. Perfect for this cold weather and looks gorgeous on my bed. Great quality. Just purchased a second one in a charcoal color. Totally recommend.

This product did not get delivered it say delayed then when I track it it says delivered I ordered two and different times received one not the other
